Step 6 (Final Step): Review Output & Approve Task
This is where you check the Genie’s final work, request revisions if needed, and mark the task as complete. A 7-day holding period applies once the task is completed, in case disputes or revisions come up.
1. Task Moves to “Pending Review” Once Output Is Submitted
After your Genie uploads the output, the task status automatically switches from In Progress to Pending Review.

2. Go to Chat to View the Output
Inside the task page, click Chat to see:
- Your Genie’s final message
- Any attached files (documents, images, links)
- Notes or instructions they included with the output

3. Download and Review the Output
Click the attached file(s) to download and open them.
This is where you check:
- Accuracy
- Completion of deliverables
- Quality of work
- Alignment with instructions

4. Request Adjustments if Needed
If something isn’t correct or needs improvement:
- Message your Genie directly in Chat
- Specify the changes needed
- The Genie can revise and resend the output

If everything looks good, proceed to the next step.
5. Mark the Task as Complete
Once you're satisfied with the output:
- Go back to the Pending Review section of the task.
- Click the Status dropdown.
- Select Completed.

This officially closes the task and starts the 7-day holding period.
6. Rate Your Genie
After marking the task complete, you’ll be asked to submit feedback.

You’ll see three parts:
a. Satisfaction Rating
Rate your overall experience from 1–5 stars.
b. Experience Tags
Select all tags that describe your experience, such as:
- Delivered on time
- Clear communication
- Attention to details
- Proactive approach
- Delayed submission
- Unresponsive
- Requested extension
- Not following instructions
You can choose multiple.

c. Optional Comments
Leave additional notes, appreciation, or suggestions for your Genie.
This helps them improve and also helps other clients.

7. That’s It — Task Completed
Your Genie will receive your feedback, and the task will remain in Completed status unless a dispute is raised within the 7-day holding window.
