What if I need more time to complete a task?

If you run out of hours on your task timer, you can request an extension directly in the system by clicking the Request for Extension button in your task dashboard. You’ll need to clearly state your reason for needing more time. The request will then be sent to the client for approval. You can only continue working on the task once the client approves the extension.
