How to Request a Payout

Once you’ve completed your task and the 7-day holding period has passed, you can request your payout directly from your dashboard.


Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to your RemoteGenies account.
  2. On the left menu, go to Genie Wallet > Request Payout.

    Fill out the payout request form:

    • First Name & Last Name – as registered on your payout account.
    • Email Address – where payout confirmation will be sent.
    • CC Email Address (Optional) – for additional recipients.
    • Account Holder Name – exactly as it appears in your PayPal, Wise, or bank account.
    • Account Number – for bank transfers.
    • Payment Method – select from PayPal, Wise, or Bank Transfer (where available).
    • Payout Amount (USD) – enter the amount you wish to withdraw from your available balance.

      Review the payout summary on the right side, which shows:

    • Fixed Deduction Fee
    • Variable Deduction Fee
    • VAT on Fees (if applicable)
    • Total in PHP (converted from USD at the current rate)
  3. Click Request Payout to submit.

Cut-Off and Processing Schedule

  • Requests must be submitted by Thursday, 11:59 PM PST during designated payout weeks (highlighted in yellow on the payout calendar).
  • Payouts are processed on the following Friday (highlighted in green).
  • Requests made after the cut-off will be processed in the next payout cycle.

Important Notes

  • Ensure all payout account details are correct to avoid delays or failed transfers.
  • You can only request payouts from your available balance (funds not on hold).
  • Any incorrect or incomplete payout information may result in delays or additional fees.
