Genie Wallet & Payout Guide
Once you’ve completed your task and the 7-day holding period has passed, you can request your payout directly from your dashboard.
Your Wallet dashboard is where you can track earnings and request payouts.
You can access it via: 👉 Home → Genie Wallet

Understanding Your Wallet Tabs
Inside your Wallet, you’ll see the following sections:
- All → Shows your complete transaction history.
- Incoming Revenue → Payments from tasks that are still in progress and not yet available for withdrawal.
- Wallet → Approved funds that are now available for payout.
- Pending → Payout requests you’ve submitted that are currently under review.
- Released → Payouts that have already been processed and sent to your payout method.
-

When Do Funds Move to “Wallet”?
After you complete a task:
- The client has 7 calendar days to review the work.
- If approved — or if no action is taken — the task is automatically approved after 7 days
- Once approved, your earnings move from Incoming Revenue → Wallet
📌 You receive 70% of the task payment
📌 RemoteGenies retains 30% as the platform fee
