When will I get paid?

Payments are processed 7 days after the task is completed (holding period for dispute resolution).

You can track your payout status in Genie Wallet tab on your dashboard.

Payment methods include:

• Bank
• e-Wallet (GCash, PayMaya, etc.)

Note:

Withdrawal requests must be made by Thursday on or before 11:59 PM PST on the designated payout weeks (highlighted in yellow in our payout schedule).

Payouts are processed on the following Friday (highlighted in green).

To ensure prompt disbursement, submit your requests on time and align them with our monthly billing cycle.
