Non-Solicitation Policy

Taking work outside of RemoteGenies without approval is a direct violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

To protect our community and keep the RemoteGenies marketplace fair, we have a strict non-solicitation rule:

• All payments stay on the platform

  For two (2) years after first connecting through RemoteGenies, Clients and Genies must process all payments through the platform.

• No off-platform hiring or side deals

  You may not bypass RemoteGenies to work together privately or set up direct arrangements outside the platform.

• No personal contact before a contract

  Before a task is officially assigned, personal contact information such as email, phone, or social media must not be shared. Use GenieChat for all communication.

• Why this matters

  This protects your payments, ensures accountability, keeps a record of communications, and helps maintain a safe, professional marketplace.

• If violated

  Breaches may result in account suspension, permanent removal, or legal action — including payment of a buyout fee where applicable.
