Once your task has been moved to Completed status, you’ll be prompted to leave feedback about your experience with your Genie. This helps maintain quality standards on RemoteGenies and ensures both clients and Genies receive constructive feedback.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Overall Satisfaction

   Rate your overall satisfaction with the completed task using the star rating (1–5 stars).

2. Performance & Efficiency

   Rate how efficiently and effectively your Genie completed the task.

3. Quality of Service

   Rate the overall quality of service provided.

   Select Relevant Experience Tags

   Choose from options such as:

   • Delivered on Time
   • Unresponsive
   • Clear Communication
   • Attention to Detail
   • Requested Extension
   • Delayed Submission
   • Proactive Approach
   • Great Team Player
   • Needs Improvement
   • Not Following Instructions

4. Add Additional Comments

   Share the primary reason for your score and what could be improved in the future. This is your opportunity to provide context or praise.

5. Submit Your Feedback

   Click Next to save your ratings and comments.
