Dispute Handling Policy

If a client is not satisfied with the completed task, they may raise a dispute within 7 calendar days from the date the task is marked as completed.

  • How it works:
    • Once a task is marked as completed, our internal team (Coordinator and Project Manager) will monitor the 7-day dispute window.
    • If the client raises a dispute within this period, the task will be reviewed and handled according to our dispute resolution process. This may involve placing the task On Hold and reopening it for revisions.
    • If no dispute is raised within 7 days, the task will be considered final, closed, and payment will be released to the Genie’s available balance in the Genie Vault.

    • Important:
    • Once a task is closed, disputes cannot be initiated retroactively.
    • Clients are encouraged to review all deliverables promptly and communicate any concerns within the given timeframe to ensure a smooth resolution process.
