Invoicing and Receipts

How Invoicing Works

  • All payments and credits on RemoteGenies are processed in USD and converted to WishCoins™ for platform use.

  • Once you top up your account or make a payment for a task, an invoice will be automatically generated in your account.

    Invoices include:

    • Invoice number
    • Date of transaction
    • Payment method
    • Amount in USD and corresponding WishCoins™ purchased
    • Any applicable taxes or fees

How to Access Your Invoices

  1. Go to Dashboard
  2. Click Billing on the left menu
  3. Select the Invoice and Payment tab
  4. You’ll see a list of all your invoices
  5. Click Download or View to open your invoice as a PDF

Receipts

  • Receipts are issued for every successful payment.
  • You can download them anytime from your Billing section.
  • Each receipt includes payment confirmation details for your records.

Payment Processing

  • We use Stripe as our secure payment gateway.
  • For details on how your data is processed, please review Stripe’s Data Processing Agreement.
