Refund Policy for Unused Credits
All purchased credits (including WishCoins™) are subject to the terms outlined in our Pricing page and our Legal Documents. Please review these for detailed conditions, including credit expiration rules found in Section 3: Credit Expiration & Usage of the Prepaid Services Agreement.
1. No Cash Refunds
Credits are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash or other forms of payment.
2. Validity & Expiration
Credits remain active in your account until used for tasks, unless they expire as per the timelines and rules stated in:
- Pricing Page – for plan-specific expiration rules.
- Prepaid Services Agreement – Section 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 – for usage windows, rollover terms, and service hour monitoring.
Expired credits are automatically removed from your account balance.
3. Account Closure
If your account is closed, either voluntarily or due to a policy violation—any unused credits will be forfeited and will not be refunded (see Terms of Use – Account Termination).
4. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Platform Error – A verified system error resulted in an incorrect charge.
- Unauthorized Transaction – Proven fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
- Duplicate Payment – Accidental duplicate purchase of the same credit package.
5. Requesting a Refund
If you believe your case qualifies for a refund based on the above exceptions, contact support@remotegenies.com within 7 days of purchase. Please provide your Invoice Number, purchase date, and the reason for your request.
