Step 2: How to Invite Genies to Bid for Your Task

This guide walks you through what happens right after you create your task and how to invite Genies to bid.

1. After You Create Your Task

Once your task is created, scroll down and click Open for Bids.

This publishes your task and makes it visible to Genies so they can start submitting bids.


2. Select Top-Match Genies (Up to 5)

After clicking Open for Bids, a selection window appears showing the top Genies recommended for your task.

Here’s what to do:

  • Review the list of matching Genies.
  • Select up to 5 Genies based on the skills required for your task.
  • Use the available filters like Skillsets, Experience Level, or Ratings.

3. Review Genie Profiles (Optional)

Before inviting, you can preview each Genie’s profile card:

  • Skill tags
  • Experience
  • WishCoin rate
  • Availability
  • Background summary
  • Portfolio previews (if provided)

4. Click “Send Invite”

After selecting the Genies you want:

  • Click the Send Invite button.
  • The selected Genies will receive a notification and can begin submitting their bids.


5. Alternative Way: Invite All Top-Match Genies Quickly

If you want a faster invitation method:

  1. Go to your task page.
  2. Click Applicants.
  3. Under the Top Match section, the system automatically displays the top five Genies. (Page 9)
  4. Select them and click Send Invite.

This sends invites instantly.
